Limits & conditions
How many campaigns can I create?
Free: 1 campaign per 30-day period. Pro: 20 campaigns per 30-day period. Master: unlimited. The period is 30 days from your registration (Free) or subscription start (Pro/Master). You can always check your usage in Settings → Limits.
What counts toward my campaign limit?
Only campaigns where you use the AI count: when you click "Roll the Story" (plan) or "Launch rollout" (generate). Creating an empty project does not use your slot until you run plan or generate. Deleting a project does not free a slot for the current period.
Is there a limit on empty campaigns?
Yes. You can have only a limited number of projects that have not yet used the AI (plan or generate). If you hit this cap, remove or use existing empty projects before creating new ones.
What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Master?
Free: 1 campaign per period, Instagram only, 1 slide per campaign, basic image model, no reels or advanced editing. Pro: 20 campaigns per period, all platforms except TikTok, up to 12 slides, reels, full editing and refinement, advanced image generation, no video. Master: unlimited campaigns, all platforms including TikTok, ultra-HD 1K images, AI video generation, full editing and refinement.
Usage & images
How many images can I generate?
Pro users have a usage budget that typically allows around 500 images per billing period. Master users have a higher budget (~250 ultra-HD images with the best AI model) and can also generate AI videos. Actual numbers depend on usage (e.g. text regeneration, video, editing). You can monitor your usage in Settings → Limits.
Billing & refunds
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch between Pro and Master at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades may require paying the prorated difference for the current period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 14 days only if no projects have been created on the account. Once you create a project, refunds are not available.
