Getting Started
How do I create my first campaign?
Click "New Project" from the main dashboard. Enter your campaign goal or brief, then follow the guided workflow to set up your slides, choose platforms, and generate your content.
What platforms are supported?
We support Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each platform has optimized formats including Posts, Stories, Reels, Carousels, and Cover images.
How does AI generation work?
Our AI analyzes your campaign brief and generates tailored visual content, headlines, and captions. You can refine any element using the "Refine" buttons or regenerate content as needed.
Plans & limits
How many campaigns can I create?
Free: 1 campaign per 30-day period. Pro: 20 campaigns per 30-day period. Master: unlimited. The period is 30 days from your registration (Free) or subscription start (Pro/Master). You can always check your usage in Settings → Limits.
What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Master?
Free: 1 campaign per period, Instagram only, 1 slide per campaign, basic image model, no reels or advanced editing. Pro: 20 campaigns per period, all platforms except TikTok, up to 12 slides, reels, full editing and refinement, advanced image generation, no video. Master: unlimited campaigns, all platforms including TikTok, ultra-HD 1K images, AI video generation, full editing and refinement.
Where can I see my usage and limits?
Go to Settings → Limits. You can see how many campaigns you have used this period, when the period resets, and (for Pro/Master) your usage budget and which projects consumed it.
Why can't I create a new campaign?
You may have reached your campaign limit for the current 30-day period, or the maximum number of empty campaigns (projects that have not yet used the AI). Check Settings → Limits and remove or use existing empty projects if needed.
Content & editing
Can I edit generated content?
Yes! All generated text (headlines, body text, captions) is fully editable. You can also request AI refinements using the magic wand buttons.
How do I download my content?
After generation, use the download buttons on each asset card. You can download individual images or export all content as a ZIP file.
Account & billing
Where are my projects and images saved?
Your projects are uploaded to our servers so you can access them from any device. Access is private and protected: only you can see and manage your content, and we keep it secure at all times.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Master?
Click the crown icon in the header or select "Upgrade" from the settings menu. Pro and Master unlock more campaigns, multi-slide carousels, reels, advanced image generation, and (on Master) AI video. You can change plan or cancel anytime; see the Pricing page for limits and refund policy.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days only if no projects have been created on the account. Once you create a project, refunds are not available.
